CHINESE HIGH ARROGANCE WITH THEIR NEIGHBOURS

India has called for a sensible and pragmatic conversation between India and China on accommodating each other's concerns & sensitivity to  ensure peace on LAC i.e. line of actual control .Any attempts made to change the status quo unilateraly shall  not be tolerated .

Bare lip service by China at international forums shall not met any end. The  problem with china is  their over confidence of being a Super Power . This is absurd .Indian Foreign minister some time back has very clearly told to China’s  that if you are sensitive to your issues , we too are sensitive to our issues. If you respect our concerns we may also respect your concerns. It can not be one sided game .

India's sensitive issues which china never respected :

1. Arunanchal  Pradesh Issue - China is in habit of poking every time on any damn issue  I.e. whether it is  issue of visa to state player ,   visit of any VIP or dignitaries , military exercise or whatever it may be.

2.Constant opposition to India's  NSG bid.       

3. Opposing  UN sanctioning against Jaise e Mohammad

4 Unauthorised construction in Pak occupied Kashmir i.e.CPEC.   

5.South china sea oil exploration with Vietnam

6 Supporting Pakistan sponsored Terrorists.                            

7.Opposing India's bid in UN for permanent seat   

8 .South China Sea - Oil exploration with Vietnam.

On the other hand ,China always preached India that they should be careful on their following   sensitive issues. 

1.Don't talk to Taiwan.
2.Don't speak about Tibet
3 Don't give aid to Magnolia.
4 Don't allow Dalai Lamas visit
5 Don't allow Uighar Separatist leader to visit India .                   

'A GREAT HYPOCRITE  WHO SAYS YOU DON'T DO , BUT I WILL DO'

Chinese expansionist move is becoming a real Danger for whole world, day by day .They are ready to break any international Law/rules at their will , if it suits them . Are real jealous and hypocrites. Follow one set of rules for themselves and another set of rules for others.

Recently tension built up on the international  border with China  at  Dokalam after  Chinese army road construction team  attempted to erect a road in the region very close to chicken neck i.e. siliguri corridor three weeks ago ,which was strongly opposed by India & Bhutan .The Ares is very sensitive from Indian point of view. This is new Sikkim stand-off .

Looking at the possible threat , Indian contingent has settled their  with tents to meet any eventuality .A steady line of supplies for  Indian Army has been established to gets ready for long haul in Doklam

Even as China has intensified its rhetoric against India amid stand-off at the Sikkim sector, the Indian Army is ready for a long haul in holding onto its position in the Doklam area near the Bhutan tri-junction, pitching tents and strengthening its position. More Indian soldiers were  deployed in the disputed area at the border , is an indication that they are unlikely to retreat unless it is reciprocated from China's side as well.  This face-off  is at an altitude of around 10,000 feet in the Sikkim section. Indian Army is not going to wilt under any pressure from China.

At the same time India is confident of finding a diplomatic solution to the dispute, citing resolution of border skirmishes in the past through diplomacy.

Though China has been aggressively asserting that it was not ready for any "compromise" and that the "ball is in India's court", the view in the security establishment here is that there cannot be any unilateral approach in defusing the tension.

Both the countries have a mechanism agreed in 2012 to resolve such border flare ups through consultations at various levels. But The mechanism has not worked so far in the current case as the stand-off near the Bhutan tri junction, triggered by China's attempt to build a road in the strategically important area, has dragged on for over three weeks.

New Delhi has already conveyed to Beijing that such an action would represent a significant change of status quo with "serious" security implications for India. The road link could give China a major military advantage over India.

India argues that since it is a tri-junction involving three countries, India also has a say in this issue, specially in the backdrop of 2012 agreement . Bhutan has no diplomatic ties with China. But as a close friend and neighbour, Bhutan enjoys diplomatic and military support from India.

The era of 1962 no more exists .It will be like living in fools paradise by under estimating India

TRUMP PUTIN HAND SHAKE & ITS FALL OUT- A NEW WORLD ORDER ?

To define world order to ground reality  is  very difficult  It  works with  different  understanding. Their  way of implementation , strategic goals , and style & priority differs.  Kissinger's world order , Reagan's  world order , Bush Sr.world order . Reagan's / Bush worked on  typical world order i.e for weakening of that time no 1 foe USSR .Where as  Bush Jr. worked on change of regimes in Libya , Iraq , Afghanistan .However Kissinger's world order dealt with building outer world relationship with china .

All world orders have different patterns which suits  respective groups requirements prevailing at that time but all  such orders intended to have more control & holds over natural resources ,  secured  and preferenceial profitable Trade , availability of  lower and cheaper raw materials so to produce low cost finished goods .

In brief it is all about  :

-Increase influence of power throughout the world.
-More military bases around the world for flexing muscle.
-To control world's trade and navigational routes .
-Shape and influence foreign policy of other Countries .
-To ensure an equilibrium of power between super powers .
-To establish more harmony and peace in the world .
-To lead the world from front .

Better  & preferential  trade deal  improves trade between  two countries, which brings  prosperity and growth to those  Countries which in turn ensures   more  jobs  and prosperity to their society . World order is an international system which guides all power blocks to work in their area of influence, not to  influence ,encroach , pose threat , harm  other country or blocks or group of Countries i..e.

WORLD ORDER  IS  A POLITICAL GAME WITH SET  OF AGREED  RULES WITH DEEP UNDERSTANDINGS . ONCE AGREED  NOT CHANGED UNILATERALLY .WHENEVER THERE WERE ATTEMPTS TO OVERSHOOT THE DEFINED  LIMIT , POWER BALANCE-- GET DISTURBED , WORLD ORDER SHATTERS & DESTRUCTIVE DISORDER SPREADS LEADS TO CIVIL WAR AND WARS BETWEEN COUNTRIES .

 

Since New World Order, while very elusive in definition, is most frequently used to describe aspects of the post Cold War international scenario . Till November 2016 existing balance of power was some how Woking with existing world order I.e EU,NATO ,USA, JAPAN,  Korea e.t.c were on one side  and Russia ,china, Iran ,Syria e.t.c were on the other side .

But after Donald Trump  , it seems world order  is fully disturbed and shaken  and power equilibrium too got badly disturbed . Earlier EU & NATO happens to be back bone of US but Mr .Trump do not  attach more importance to EU nor NATO. He Called these alliances as obsolete . Because , the reasons  for which these alliances were made , practically do not exists to day also threat perception of Russia too do not exists .Further US do not want to take full financial burden of NATO expenditures .Member countries need to spend at least 2 % of their GDP for defence ,which they are not .

Further the trade pacts with Latin Americans are under review . Also  boarder fencing has been planned to stop migrations from Latins . Trump administration now say no further  concessions to Latin American countries. USA's new strategy now is.  AMERICA & AMERICANS FIRST. Do not care too much for either Europe or NATO. European countries are now a worried lot because USA wants to make Russia as an an ally and friend and wants to work hand in gloves in their fight against terrorism and other regional matters

Since  EU & NATO depends badly  upon USA  against Russia , so if Russia improves relationships with  USA & both come closer , then it looks as if carpet withdrawn from under the feet EU who have made and sold the concepts of Russian threat/bear  phobia , for their narrow benefits  in the  last 70 year's .

SO PROBABLY A NEW EQUATION , NEW WORLD ORDER IS IN HORIZON

US - RUSSIA RELATIONSHIP AFTER G 20 SUMMIT

US commitment to NATO though still exists but in a very refined way  & with lesser intensity as if it is not a necessity but rather a burden .The Trump administration believes that  it is just a over hype of threat by European countries specially Germany , France . Practically, the truth is something else .It's a  phobia of russian threat.This phobia is created just to ensure unity amongst European countries after Brexit and to ensure grip over vast European market .

Trump weirdly said in the past that NATO is a old concept and need a change .NATO a burden on US as European countries are not sharing their part of financial obligations ,and US is no more interested to take this load .

 President very bluntly said , he wants to work with Russian President hand in gloves to fight the most visible threat i.e Islamic terrorism  & Russian can be a good ally ally for this.

The genuine question remains to be answered :

1. Why NATO Is required .

2. Where are the threats .

3.Why Cold war era fever is still alive which has become past .

4.Whether Islamic terrorism , ISIS ,is main threat or Russia

5 Why not to fight ISIS with Putin's team hand in gloves.

True to this spirit , a hard earned cease fire was agreed between Mr.Putin and  Mr.Trump in recent G 20 meeting in Germany.US President Donald Trump hopes to have a good relationship with Russia to fight the “evil” Islamic State .

The President also expressed the hope he would have a “fantastic relationship” with Russia’s President Putin, but he said he understands that it might not happen too soon .We’ll move  step by step .

Mr.Trump look very optimistic and told a reporter he is very much optimistic before scheduled talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin. We look to have a great relationship with all countries. .Further said ,about his possible policy on Russia that IS is an evil that has to be stopped, and that he hoped to do so together with Moscow. Mr. Trump further said. I think we’re going to get along very well .

Unlike European countries who are on very  negative side of the approach , Mr. Trump was very optimistic and in very positive and open frame of mind

US RELATIONSHIP WITH RUSSIA BOUND TO IMPROVE IRRESPECTIVE OF  NATO's approach.

Trump committed to NATO but would like to fight ISIS with Putin .Trump committed to NATO but not at the cost of Russia rather shall  fight ISIS with Russia .The Donald Trump also expressed the hope he would have a fantastic relationship with Russian President Putin & said  I think we’re going to get along very well .

We need not to be either biased or optimistic rather stick to the ground reality and do everything possible for betterment of human & humanity.No more refugees no more killings and no more forcibly change the government of dislike.Thats the way . Live & Let Live.

INDIA ISRAEL STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

India has  been a victim of terrorism for a very long time like Israel . There are many terrorist organizations that are very active across the boarder of India.  Out of these many are Pakistan sponsored terrorist organizations who  are ready to spread unrest any time in any part of the country. They get financial support from their masters in Pakistan. No body can forget the 26/11 Mumbai attack in which more than 200 people had lost their lives.

To fight terrorism tooth & nail India needs support of international community & a robust friend  like Israel . Israel always stood by India to fight terrorism in any form . India-Israel strong ties is going to  have great impact on terrorism & their sponsors .India Israel  ties have shown rapid growth since last few years .But recent visit of Indian Prime Minister to Israel , has given a great boost to it .  India Israel's Common aims are  economic prosperity by  sharing  technology and innovations   and to secure societies from terrorism . Focus  on sharing & using of technology and innovations  meets  both countries developmental  priorities and provides productive scope to expand academic, scientific and research, and business links . Since decades, efforts were on to frame this relationship that ultimately will transforms the landscape of economic engagement."

On people-to-people links between the two countries,  Jews have thrived in India for thousands of years after the first of these people landed on India's south-western coastline. India and Israel are sister democracies, face common challenges.

Like India for  Israel too Terrorism is a main challenge  which has to  be defeated . Terror is on rampage throughout  the world and threaten both countries. India Israel should  stand together firmly  in this battle to defeat terrorism. India and Israel shared a common bond of democracy, creativity, a deep respect for their  past and a boundless optimism for future .

Today, Israel has emerged as the most trusted ally of India and both countries have not only government to government contact, but also people to people contact.The Indian experts believes that if we have Pakistan as neighbour, we have Israel as our trusted friend and ally .

Israel has always helped India at the time of need & crisis when others denied .On many occasions .It has provided crucial intelligence inputs to India.Like in 1999 Kargil war . Israel has technology and India has the market and vast technical manpower . From  space to defence ,agriculture to culture  relations between these two nations are deepening .One is going to supplement other.

Israel is developing satellites, India is providing launching support to it. If India is wasting 70 per cent of its water in the drain, Israel is using each drop of water,  .Here Israel  can provide foolproof water supply system.

Recently India & Israel signed a $4.3bn worth of deals, a  real push for closer economic and defence  ties .A range of strategic pacts envisaging investments worth $4.3 billion Indian and Israeli companies .Israel is ready to meet all all defence strategic needs with technology under Make in India program.

Due to emerging terror threats from its  neighbourhood, India has decided to procure 10 missile-armed drones from Israel & the government approving the USD 400 million deal. The procurement of armed Heron TP drones from Israel is a crucial acquisition that will enhance India’s cross-border military strike capability and will give an edge over the opponents.  India is facing threat in its immediate neighbourhood, so the procurement of missile armed drones shall boosts the modernization drive of  weaponry of the Indian Air Force.

The heron drones are similar to the Predator unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that are capable of reconnaissance, combat and support roles. India already has a fleet of unarmed Heron and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) which it operates for surveillance and intelligence gathering. The addition of the latest armed UAVs will add it's capability  in taking down terrorist camps or individual targets in hostile territory.India Israel is also exploring joint production of drones  which would contribute to Indias ‘Make in India’.The India-Israel relations is now taking a big  leap  which is now more visible in its  strategic ties . To move further India & Israel has set up joint technology innovation fund worth $40 million for research in industrial development. 

The two countries will focus on the development of defense products that includes the transfer of technology from Israel, with an eye on 'Make in India' initiative. Earlier this year, Israeli companies signed arms deals with India totaling over $2.6 billion. Bilateral trade also is expected to surge from the current $4-5 billion to $20 billion in five years, the statement said.

The main weakness of India is on technical front , as their R&D wing is weak enough .So there is much to learn from Israel as how to make R&D a pillar for Indian  economy and defence .When many countries including Russia ,US are not very encouraging sign  in transfer of technology ,Israel is readily sharing it's technology .China should fear from this friendship.

China shall definitely take note of this

TRUMP PUTIN UNION AND WORLD PEACE AT LARGE --

Prior to one to one meeting between Trump & Putin at Germany Hamburg at G 20 summit ,all facial expressions and body language was under scanner for political analysis . Not only this but as much as any words  these two leaders would utter ,the whole world was anxious  to know and to understand how well Trump would gets along with Putin - a hard core far sighted politician ..

Ultimately expected meeting was held , that too with all positive chemistry for a longer period than expected .All analysis about the body language , hand shaking , words uttered indicates it was a success .A great sigh of relief for whole world. Because today's overall situation of the world is very alarming , probably in transition phase. A new world order is emerging and a new set of Equilibrium power is in the horizon i.e.Balance Of Power.  Balance of power between two or groups , is , practically a state of equilibrium  between the competing forces.

Trump-Putin dynamics is going to have great impact on world politics . Donald Trump has given enough indications earlier too that he wants to find ways to work with Vladimir Putin.The US President   is definitely different from others linearly and laterally also .He wanted to do drastic changes in the policies & in Administration for the benefits of mankind of USA & for the whole world. His postures , features, gestures, are really uniquely unique.Since it is USA , it matters to whole world as well.

It’s an honour to be with you, Trump said and Putin returned the gesture in their  first official meeting at G 20 .The US  and Russian President held first easy going highly anticipated sit-down face to face meeting on sidelines of summit in German city

US president said , as per  journalists who were briefly allowed in to witness initial part of the meeting. :It’s an honour to be with you.The Russian president replied: I am delighted to be able to meet you personally Mr President  ,  I hope as you have said, our meeting will yield concrete results.In characteristically confident fashion . Trump said he and Putin will held very, very good talks.The meeting was later joined by Rex Tillerson, the US secretary of state, and Sergei Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister which is taking place against an inauspicious backdrop.

At the end of the meeting great words were said .President  Trump said we look forward to a lot of very positive things to  happen for Russia, for the United States and for everyone concerned.  Trump offered no details about what issues had been discussed so far, describing them only as “various things”. Putin was similarly vague, telling reporters  that they were discussing international problems and bilateral issues . Putin described the fact that their meeting it self  a positive sign ,as Phone conversation is never enough. 

Russian government sources further indicated that the talks focused  on the Syrian and Ukrainian conflicts, the war on terror, strategic security and bilateral issues. Likely hot issues included North Korea’s successful ballistic missile test and likely further use of chemical weapons by the Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad .

As officials gathered around a table, Trump stretched out his hand to Putin and then patted his elbow as both men smiled. Trump then casually patted Putin on the back as they stood side by side.The US president called on Russia to join the community of responsible nations in our fight against common enemies and in defence of civilization  itself. 

But because of so much prominence to Putin Trump meeting , there was some frustrations in the camp of the German host, Angela Merkel, because her carefully prepared summit agenda, including a investment for Africa got overshadowed by the hype surrounding Trump and Putin.

At the end , definitely , world can feel sigh of relief after warm hand shakes , pleasing exchange of words and positive body languages. Hope world tilt towards  peace and non-violence and hope Trump and Putin will come even closer and work hard toward creating global peace.Everyone would only benefit , if Russia and the US establish good and honest  relations with each other
